Last week Nichel drove up from Atlanta to have a boudoir shoot with me. One of my dearest friends from Memphis referred her to me and I’m so thankful. Nichel is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and I’m so glad we did this! Hands down, best part of my job is working with these amazing women and showing them how absolutely stunning they are!
Why Andrea King Photography? What made you decide to book with me?
I researched a lot of photographers in the Atlanta area (currently reside) but didn’t find the absolute look I was going for. It wasn’t until my best friend referred me to Andrea. Once I saw her website and the quality of work she captured, I knew she would my photos.
Why Boudoir Photography?
My husband’s birthday was coming up and, like everyone else, he really didn’t need anything. I wanted to do something that was thoughtful but also that he could cherish. I had friends and family that had done Boudoir photoshoots for their significant others so I figured it’d be a great gift for him.
How did you feel before the session vs after it wrapped?
Before the session, I was a little anxious. I knew of Andrea from a friend, but didn’t actually know her. When it came to my Boudoir photoshoot, that’s actually what I wanted. But after our conversations through the makeup session I realized she was more like family. The anxiety simmered and I was ready to shoot.
After the session I felt so confident. I was astonished, that I was able to take such stunning pictures. To this day, they still take my breath away.

What was your reaction to your images during your reveal?
Jaw dropping. First off, I would have never imagined me taking pictures like this but the beauty of it all, it helped me realize how amazing my body looks in lingerie. But the reveal was really for my husband lol. Let’s just say, he thought he was attending a sales presentation to which he told Andrea, she was wasting his time. Until…his mouth hit the floor and he was about to cry. Assignment complete ✅
If you could say one thing to the women who are too scared to book a boudoir experience what would it be?
It’s one hell of an experience but I can tell you this, DO IT and you’ll come out walking like the baddest bitch stallion style!
